A progressive and ambitious, privately owned company who work with international markets, are looking for an Account Manager to join their friendly, forward thinking team. This is brand new, full time role, based near Daventry and offering a salary of £30,000 DOE.

Key Accountabilities for Account Manager:
·Managing your own portfolio of clients
·Processing incoming orders and quotations
·End to end account management - from order to deliver
·Working with the client to understand their needs, developing their account
·Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers
·Attending exhibitions
·Developing knowledge of products and solutions
·Delivering a personable and tailored service
·Continually liaising with customers by phone and email

Skills/experience required for the Account Manager:

·An excellent telephone manner
·Can think "outside the box" and work on your own initiative
·Strong communication skills and a desire to deliver for your customer
·Extensive customer service skills, including conflict resolution
·Demonstrative experience in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships
·Proven account management experience and able to demonstrate your ability to grow business
·Good levels of attention to detail and accuracy
·Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
·Work well under pressure and able to prioritise in a changing environment
·Used to working to deadlines
·Own transport essential due to remote location
·Spanish, French or Italian speaker would be an advantage

Opportunity: what's in it for me?
A salary of up to £30,000 DOE, 20 days holiday (plus 1 day for birthday) plus bank holidays, hours Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.00.
