Career Summary: Julie began her career working for a successful security company and soon progressed to Senior Alarms Administrator. After 6 years Julie relocated to Banbury and began to work for an alternative security company as a Customer Service Team Leader, where she worked until she was head hunted to work for a well-known, global organisation as Service Team Leader overseeing a team of 6 internal and 19 field staff. With a passion for achieving results, Julie developed an affinity with sales and customer service. After five years she accepted a role as Sales Account Manager working for a manufacturing company in Brackley – this is where Julie’s sales drive and tenacity shone! With her highly ambitious attitude and gusto to keep developing her career, Julie entered into the recruitment sector. Starting her journey as Recruitment Consultant, Julie developed and managed a successful Temps division for both industrial and commercial recruitment needs. In this role Julie showed her commitment to the industry and her temps, through providing a 24 hour call out service and working to high levels of customer service for her Clients and Candidates, with this in mind and continuing her development and drive, in 2010 Cameo was born! Julie is currently studying her Diploma in Recruitment Practice through the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) in London to qualify as a MIRP Dip RP. Julie is a motivated, outgoing people person with excellent communication skills.
