Career Summary:
Natalie initially started her career within the beauty sector where she discovered her passion for working with people. She continued to gain extensive experience with various Customer Service roles and decided to apply these skills to a career in the aviation industry, as Cabin Crew. After two years with a long haul airline she discovered various life skills and a talent for effective problem solving. Although Natalie enjoyed flying all over the world, she decided to keep her feet firmly on the ground with a career change into Administration. Natalie accepted a position locally in Banbury working for an HR and payroll company, gaining invaluable business skills which she has now brought to Cameo Consultancy and her role as e-Cameo Consultant. Recently starting her career within the recruitment sector, Natalie is keen to keep carving a strong reputation for her quality of work and service.
