As temporary Scheduling Administrator you will be joining a busy and dedicated team. This role is available for an immediate start, working onsite for a 12 week assignment. The hours are Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of between £11.00 and £12.50 an hour. The office is based approx.10 miles outside Banbury, there is free onsite parking.

Purpose of the role:
Working as part of the service team within operations the role includes planning and scheduling engineer visits, liaising with the filed team and communicating all activities, ensuring all clients SLAs.

Key Responsibilities for the Scheduling Administrator:

  • Planning, coordinating and scheduling installations
  • Contacting customers to book in appointments
  • Assigning engineer tickets
  • Confirm, track all booking on the database and tracker
  • Working with internal team on projects
  • Collating all information, data requests, assignments, schedules etc
  • Collating daily/weekly schedules, tracking progress

Key Skills Required for the Scheduling Administrator:

  • Project or scheduling administration experience would be an advantage
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Solid IT skills
  • Confident communications and customer service skills
  • Enjoys accountability
  • Experience oof working with a CRM system and MS Office
  • Organised and methodical approach
  • Adaptable in a changing environment
  • Own transport, due to remote location
