We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join this very busy team. You will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support.
Key accountabilities for the Customer Relationship Executive
- Call handling
- Order processing
- Price, product, and general enquiries in response to customer requests
- Identifying of parts using inhouse identification software
- Accountable for the resolution of all complaints
- Work with internal teams to support customer service
- Strong customer service experience with good initiative ideally call centre/contact centre experience
- Accurate, accountable, and able to build strong relationships
- Confident communication skills
- Experience in working with a CRM system
- Strong IT skills
- Organised and methodical
- Able to work from home until the office is fully open
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.
